  5. I spent a lot of money last month to get into a Shibuya apartment. But, if I hadn’t, I would definitely be buying plane tickets this week.

  7. I felt the pinch with the Euro early this year while on vacation in Ireland …. it made for a very expensive trip.

    I’m hoping for the Yen to stay strong for a good 6 to 12 months as i have a few trips abroad planned for 09.

  8. I went back to the UK last month, when the exchange rate was about 200 yen to the pound: typical!

    I’ll probably go to Hawaii next summer. Hopefully I won’t have missed out by then. I’m off to the Manila in the Philippines for work next week, so I’ll be able to pick up some… err… envelopes, on the cheap.
